Depart: Friday, November 21st at 6:00 PM from Weddington Corners Harris Teeter Parking Lot. Please eat dinner before leaving!

Return: Sunday, November 23rd late/mid afternoon same location as departure.

Cost: $345 (includes transportation, lodging and all meals at camp)

You can make a $150 Deposit now to hold your spot and pay the balance by November 1st or you can pay the full amount at time of registration

LATE TRANSPORTATION: If you have an athlete that would require late transportation on Friday in order to go to camp, please indicate that in the allotted space below. This option will be for student athletes only that have a school related game/event scheduled that night.

VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ Refund Policy for this trip:

All money paid less a $50 processing fee is fully refundable up until October 21, 2025 (30 days before departure). No refunds will be given after October 21st as our area will be responsible for paying for your high schoolers spot at that point.
